Before you start filling in the form prepare the following documents:

Copy of passport (page with personal data);

High School Diploma – an original or a copy certified by a notary public, and, if applicable, a certified translation to English;

High School transcript – an original or a copy certified by a notary public, and, if applicable, a certified translation to English;

Certificate of English Language Proficiency – this requirement does not apply to those applicants for whom English is either a native language or a language of instruction at school;

Current photography in electronic format (saved in JPG format, the size: 35mm x 45mm, the pixel dimension – 300 pixels by 375 pixels; file size limit is 50 kilobytes).

Apart from the documents listed above, Master degree course applicants have to submit their Bachelor diploma and Academic Transcript(originals or copies certified by a notary public, and, if applicable, a certified translation to English).
